CSR – Green Events
As OM our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability focuses on three key points; social care, eco-efficiency and responsible sourcing.
With our motto, Give a Hand we incorporate within our events an array of CSR activities, related with such crucial issues, aiming to support rural farmers and small family businesses that produce, through eco-friendly practices, authentic local products.
Sustainable event management is high on our agenda and we tailor events with particular concern for environmental, economic and social issues. Such happenings can involve the support of local farmers, non-profit organisations, small family businesses and traditional artists.
Social Events
Give back to the local community while having fun with the creation of a wide range of toys, bikes, playgrounds or even painting an orphanage, to bring back the smile to the disadvantaged children. Such activities, part of our CSR projects, involve close teamwork and enhance creativity among the participants, providing joy and donating with a feeling of gratification.
Farmer for a Day
It’s all part of supporting small rural businesses, so this event focuses on spending a day with a chosen farmer who needs some extra hands for his farm chores; that might be from milking the goats, cleaning the animal feeders, tidying up his storage shed, weeding, planting or cultivating his land.
Tree Planting and Reforestation
A hands-on experience encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose. Guided by environmental experts and local partners, participants work together to plant native trees and help restore areas affected by wildfires or environmental degradation.

Coastal and Beach Clean-Ups
A meaningful and engaging outdoor experience, promoting teamwork and environmental awareness while directly contributing to cleaner beaches and healthier marine environments. The activity can be enhanced with sustainability briefings, team challenges, or a seaside gathering after the clean-up.
