Out of the Blue Resort is an expansive destination, surrounded by a botanical park of 167,000 m2, and three private sandy beaches.

Located in the private peninsula of Agia Pelagia in Crete, twenty five minutes from Heraklion International Airport and Heraklion capital city, with beautiful Aegean views and two chapels. Nestled amidst lush gardens, this environmentally-friendly resort grows its own organic fruits, herbs, vegetables and flowers that cover a large part of the resort's needs. The resort is designed like a Cretan village and consists of two main hotel buildings, three bungalow sets forming "Cretan neighborhoods",  a vast Conference center and variety of venues for corporate events.

The resort provides seven freshwater pools, a variety of gastronomic restaurants serving Mediterranean and international cuisine using organic ingredients from the on-site greenhouses, and the Euphoria Rejuvenating Spa, a Fit 4 Life fitness center, and fully equipped business center. For Conferences and large-scale corporate events, there are 10 multifunctional meeting rooms with a total capacity to host up to 3,000 delegates with the largest being the Marika Capsis, with a capacity of up to 800 delegates, and an open-air amphitheatre seaside venue for up to 500 people.
